Key Responsibilities

  • •Work as an intern within the Marketing organization to spearhead Dell’s digital transformation with AI and machine learning technology.
  • •Contribute to building and deploying machine learning models at scale using data science, data engineering, and software engineering practices.
  • •Develop projects that deliver predictions and recommendations for marketing and sales stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate with academics, industry experts, and skilled engineers to generate insights from large-scale data sets.
  • •Based on skills and business needs, support one track within data science, data engineering, ML engineering, or MLOps.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 31.88 - 50

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with Python and SQL for data wrangling, exploratory data analysis, and statistical modelling (data science focus).
  • •Knowledge of probability and statistics, including foundational statistical modelling techniques (e.g., decision tree/regression methods).
  • •For data engineering focus: experience with SQL, Python, relational databases, and JSON, plus basic data modelling and exposure to distributed-processing methods (Apache Spark is a plus).
  • •For ML engineering focus: experience with Python and Java and/or C++, plus familiarity with APIs, distributed processing, and introductory machine-learning concepts.
  • •For MLOps focus: experience with general-purpose programming languages (Python, C, or Java), container engines (Docker or Podman), and Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS), with exposure to DevOps/MLOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, MLflow).
Education:Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or related quantitative or computational fields
