Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end lifecycle from requirements gathering through release for complex, cross-functional ML initiatives, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
•Architect and build the high-performance AI/ML layer of the embedded DFM AI + IQE integration with Teamcenter and Designcenter, defining data contracts and implementing MLOps, governance, and observability for a mission-critical integration.
•Build for scale by developing cloud-based production systems powering real-time endpoints and MLOps, integrated with broader systems and infrastructure.
•Navigate ambiguous technical challenges, evaluate variable factors, and deliver solutions that meet business and technical objectives.
•Mentor and collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams, surface opportunities, and develop multi-quarter roadmaps to achieve key technical objectives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 6-8 years of experience in machine learning engineering with a track record of owning and delivering complex ML systems in production.
•Deep expertise in ML/AI technologies (Gradient Boosting, Deep Learning, and/or Generative AI) with a focus on backend scalability and reusability; hands-on experience deploying real-time ML products at scale in cloud environments (AWS strongly preferred).
•Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch; solid software engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms).
•Demonstrated experience with MLOps: model monitoring, data/concept drift detection, and automated retraining/redeployment pipelines.
•Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) and infrastructure as code (Terraform); ability to operate independently on new and ambiguous assignments and communicate across engineering, product, and business audiences.
