Financial Planning Leader

Lead and deliver financial planning for mass affluent clients, serving as a subject-matter expert in planning concepts and advising. Execute end-to-end advice processes—goal setting, data gathering, analysis, recommendations, implementation partnership, and progress monitoring—while ensuring compliance with internal, regulatory, and legal requirements. Maintain planning and company-system proficiency, coach Premier teammates through education meetings and ongoing guidance, and collaborate with internal partners and external COIs. Travel is required (approximately 25%).
