Job Summary

Execute safe, compliant movement of small parts, large plastic components, and pallets across the facility while maintaining real-time inventory accuracy through Warehouse Management System updates. Operate and support material-handling equipment (forklifts, conveyors, trolleys), handle picking/packing/labeling/transport per customer export/import needs, and escalate issues to maintenance. Collect inventory data to support replenishment and forecasting, and drive continuous safety and process improvements in an onsite, 1st-shift role.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute safe, compliant movement of materials across the site, including pick, pack, label, and transport per customer export/import requirements while updating WMS for real-time inventory accuracy.
•Operate and support material-handling equipment (forklifts, trolleys, conveyors) and use safety protocols; assist experienced operators and escalate mechanical or packing issues to maintenance.
•Collect and share inventory data for high-demand items to support replenishment and forecasting.
•Help implement new picking procedures into existing workflows.
•Contribute to continuous safety and process improvements, maintaining patient safety in compliance with obligations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 23 hourly

Key Requirements

•No prior experience required; warehouse or distribution center operator experience is preferred.
•High School Diploma, vocational education certificate, or GED.
•Ability to perform the required physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for the Production/Assembler role.
•Positive, respectful attitude; works well with others and maintains a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
•Ability to work mandatory overtime, including Saturdays and 10-hour shifts.
