Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary post-sales owner for assigned customer accounts.
  • •Lead ongoing engagement with customers to ensure strong relationships and alignment with their security and business priorities.
  • •Perform responsibilities typically associated with customer lifecycle management, including onboarding/adoption planning, success planning, EBRS, adoption/usage monitoring, customer health management, and renewal support.
  • •Build trusted relationships with CISOs, security architects, SOC leaders, and IT leadership; proactively identify and mitigate risks impacting satisfaction, adoption, or retention.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles such as security architect, security consultant, security engineer, technical account manager, or technical advisor.
