Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals. Build client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice, and drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS and clienteling tools, including social selling and short-form video, to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales using cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and efficient transaction handling.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency using iPad/laptop and Mobile POS.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor/stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy, including live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
