Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate, select, and order equipment that is most appropriate and cost-effective for manufacturing TI products.
  • •Oversee installation, modification, upgrades, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
  • •Keep up with equipment manufacturers’ technical notices, upgrades, and safety issues.
  • •Study equipment performance and reliability and establish programs to increase uptime and address equipment problems affecting manufacturing.
  • •Provide technical support for equipment repair and process engineering groups, and define preventative maintenance schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering field.
  • •Cumulative 3.3/4.0 GPA (or higher).
  • •Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of working experience.
  • •Knowledge of AMAT PVD and/or AMAT TxZ chambers equipment.
  • •Knowledge of PVD, CVD, high vacuum and/or ultra high vacuum.
