Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and maintain employment templates, policies, and processes across multiple jurisdictions to keep offerings compliant and scalable.
  • •Monitor global legislative and regulatory developments and drive implementation of required changes.
  • •Partner with Product, People, and other stakeholders to design and implement compliant employment solutions.
  • •Advise on employment law and compliance across the employee lifecycle (hiring, compensation, leave, performance, and terminations).
  • •Research complex employment law issues and translate analysis into clear, practical, business-focused recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Law degree (e.g., JD or equivalent) and admission to practice law in one or more jurisdictions.
  • •4+ years of experience practicing employment law, ideally with a mix of law firm and in-house work.
  • •Deep employment law expertise, including drafting/reviewing contracts, managing templates and policies, and advising across employment matters and local labor regulations.
  • •Understanding of the Employer of Record (EOR) model and its unique legal challenges (EOR experience preferred).
  • •Experience managing multi-jurisdictional and/or cross-border employment matters and translating complex legal concepts into clear guidance for non-legal stakeholders.
