Staff Nurse – MSW (Silla Hospital)

Provide age-appropriate patient care according to the Nursing Scope of Practice, supporting the organization’s mission and professional code of conduct. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care, including medication administration, emergency response, documentation, and discharge planning. Lead and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, supervise and mentor junior staff, and participate in quality improvement, infection control, and patient safety initiatives.
