Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily trading operational tasks including expiration processing and account-level risk management.
  • •Identify process inefficiencies, design improvements, and implement scalable solutions using AI tools, SQL, and automation.
  • •Resolve customer-impacting escalations and act as a point of contact for complex cases with appropriate escalation.
  • •Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Experience to prioritize features, test trading product functionality, and drive cross-team process improvements.
  • •Support Middle Office Trading desks with out-of-hours responsibilities and build/refine AI-assisted workflows for risk reviews, reconciliations, data analysis, and regulatory inquiries.

Key Requirements

  • •Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses (or the equivalent), plus an active FINRA Series 4 license.

  • •Excellent communication and customer service skills with a drive to improve the client experience.
