Associate People Operations

Own key People Operations administration across onboarding, employee experience, engagement, and separation processes. Maintain trackers and communications for new joiners, support regulatory and record-keeping needs (including benefits and document audits), and assist with payroll data and offer letter workflows. Partner with internal teams to run culture and engagement initiatives, resolve employee queries, and use HR metrics to improve People Ops KPIs.
