Strategic, cross-functional leader responsible for shaping the future of Field Engineering and driving scalable GTM product execution. Partner with the SVP of Field Engineering to set strategy, build an AI-driven productivity culture, ensure delivery excellence, and influence multiple teams (Product, Sales, Operations, FE) to accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the SVP, FE to shape the future of Field Engineering and design long-term organizational strategy with cross-functional alignment.
•Define and implement OKRs and metrics to measure performance and guide strategic initiatives across GTM and FE.
•Ensure GTM product execution at scale by coordinating inputs from Product, Sales, Operations, and FE teams and resolving issues in a timely manner.
•Drive enablement and delivery excellence with PS and Enablement leaders, shaping strategy for resourcing, hiring, and AI-enabled operations.
•Provide company-first leadership, establish vision and clarity, and foster an AI-driven, builder-first culture across the organization.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or technical leadership in high-growth technology companies.
•Deep technical understanding of field engineering organizations, enterprise solutions, and technology strategy.
•Proven ability to define strategy and execute at scale in complex, technical organizations.
•Experience running centralized technical or operational functions and influencing distributed teams.
•Strong perspectives on leveraging AI, automation, and tooling to drive productivity and enable a builder-first culture.
