Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the SVP of Field Engineering and the leadership team to define strategy and execute at scale for the FE function.
  • •Shape future operating models, centralize or decentralize initiatives, and pilot new approaches to drive organizational growth.
  • •Ensure GTM product execution at scale by providing inputs on product planning, targets, and resources, and by coordinating across Product, Sales, Operations, and FE teams to resolve issues.
  • •Lead with a company-first mindset, providing clear leadership vision and fostering an AI-driven productivity and innovation culture across the org.
  • •Collaborate across Strategy, Operations, Product, Sales, Finance, and People to ensure priorities are aligned and initiatives are executed effectively.
