Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cost management services on major construction programs, including delivering on team accountabilities.
  • •Interface with clients, stakeholders, and consultants at all project stages while maintaining effective communication.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management across the project lifecycle and report overall commercial status.
  • •Coordinate/assist strategic and operational management of cost management and project controls services, including developing strategy for the team.
  • •Use internal software to track margin levels and forecasts, maintain business management systems and methodologies, and support internal/external audit activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting life sciences (including pharmaceutical/biotech/laboratory) and manufacturing/industrial complex construction projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of cost planning, estimating, cost control, change management, procurement, and contract administration.
  • •Experience managing client relationships, project stakeholders, and cost management teams; RICS certification or equivalent is preferred.
