Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead implementation of the site HSEQ strategy aligned with regional and global frameworks, company policies, customer requirements, ISO standards, and local legislation.
  • •Advise site leadership on risk ownership and apply HSEQ expectations consistently; foster an inclusive HSEQ culture focused on safety, environmental responsibility, and quality.
  • •Implement critical risk controls and high-risk work programmes (including Control of Work), support risk identification/mitigation, and lead incident investigations with root-cause analysis.
  • •Conduct HSEQ audits, inspections, and compliance reviews; ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 45001/ISO 14001/ISO 9001, relevant legislation, customer expectations, and company standards.
  • •Oversee environmental priorities (decarbonisation, waste reduction, pollution prevention, responsible resource use) including environmental performance data collection, monitoring, analysis, and reporting.

Salary: EUR 25,590 - 40,256 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Obtain certifications as a Fire Protection Technician and Safety Technician authorized as per Slovak legislation.
  • •Strong understanding of current health, safety, and environmental legislation and procedures.
  • •Demonstrable experience in incident investigation, risk management, and operational assurance at site level.
  • •Strong understanding of HSEQ management systems and applicable regulatory frameworks, with familiarity with ISO standards.
  • •Strong Slovak written/verbal communication and minimum English fluency level of B1+.
