Key Responsibilities

  • •Build automations for creator discovery by querying social platforms and databases for matching profiles.
  • •Create CRM data sync, onboarding workflows, content reminders, and content tracking using APIs to log posts and capture links.
  • •Automate contract generation, routing for e-signature, invoice processing, and payment status alerts.
  • •Aggregate social metrics into a central dashboard and generate weekly/monthly performance spreadsheets and ROI calculations.
  • •Build and maintain integrations and webhook triggers across social platforms, CRM, finance, Slack, and e-signature tools; ensure reliability, monitoring, secrets management, and audit trails.
