Director, Clinical Training

Direct and oversee clinical training activities, including training assessment and evaluation, material development, and facilitation. Partner with subject matter experts to create training programs and implement curricula across the business unit. Lead learning initiatives tied to succession planning, career development, and performance management, conduct gap analyses, and measure training effectiveness and ROI. Coordinate onboarding and new employee orientation with HR, manage online interactive training, oversee audits and vendor contracting, and maintain a training calendar.
