Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess the technical feasibility of approved FWA use cases and define solution approaches, requirements, and implementation plans.
  • •Build and optimize AI solutions for FWA detection and investigation, translating models into scalable cloud-native solutions on GCP.
  • •Develop APIs, scoring services, and integration components needed for operational deployment and collaborate to operationalize validated models.
  • •Deploy AI solutions into operational environments and integrate AI outputs with internal systems and workflows in coordination with Data Engineering and TIDES (IT).
  • •Conduct technical testing and quality assurance, support UAT, resolve implementation issues, and maintain and continuously improve deployed solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •4–6 years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions into production environments.
  • •Experience building AI solutions for detection and investigation use cases in operational settings.
  • •Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred.
  • •Knowledge of healthcare claims, provider, and pre-authorization processes is advantageous.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science.
