Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and process multi-region semi-monthly and monthly payrolls in collaboration with external regional payroll providers.
  • •Ensure 100% accuracy of employee data with People Operations and Finance for hires, terminations, promotions, variable compensation, and equity updates.
  • •Record stock-based compensation activity in employee pay profiles and ensure timely tax withholdings and remittances to local authorities.
  • •Support annual statutory audits, internal compliance, and SOX testing by maintaining documentation and internal control environments.
  • •Assist with expense report reviews in Expensify, maintain employee records in NetSuite, and participate in month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of hands-on payroll administration experience, ideally with multi-country/international payroll or in SaaS/FinTech environments.
  • •Experience preparing and processing multi-region semi-monthly and monthly payrolls, partnering with external regional payroll providers.
  • •Practical experience with cloud ERPs (NetSuite preferred) and major payroll engines such as ADP Workforce Now or ADP Celergo.
  • •Solid foundation in labor law, social security, and local tax compliance for key jurisdictions, with basic understanding of internal controls (SOX).
  • •Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) and a proactive, accuracy-focused approach to confidential data.
