Key Responsibilities

•Identify companies actively hiring for roles Wing can support using job postings, hiring signals, and account research.
•Reach out to prospective customers across email, phone, and LinkedIn, and run focused outbound campaigns around active hiring needs and pain points.
•Hold discovery conversations to understand prospects’ hiring needs, urgency, pain points, and openness to remote/AI-enabled workforce solutions.
•Book qualified appointments and provide sales-ready context from discovery calls, including process, timing, budget signals, and decision-makers.
•Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline data in the CRM and share learnings with Sales, Marketing, and Product.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,200 - 2,500 monthly

Key Requirements

•1 to 4+ years in sales, appointment setting, cold calling, recruiting, staffing, lead generation, outbound marketing, growth, or a comparable role.
•Proven background prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting, or high-volume outbound outreach.
•Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to make outreach compelling.
•Strong research skills to turn hiring signals into relevant outbound messaging.
•Comfort reaching out to companies that may not have considered remote assistants, virtual assistants, offshore talent, or AI-enabled workforce solutions.
