Production Line Lead

Lead safe, efficient operation of production line machinery on the factory floor. Operate and monitor equipment, coordinate changes, and escalate mechanical issues to maintenance. Serve as first-level support for production problems before the supervisor, act as backup for Production Technicians, and oversee line operations during the Supervisor’s absence while following PQI standards.
