Assistant Branch Manager (Capital Branch)

Lead and manage a branch team alongside the Branch Manager to drive profitability, growth, and sound operations. Coach and develop teammates, support hiring, and manage complex operational tasks including approvals, security, and internal controls. Deliver best-in-class client experiences through needs-based conversations, while generating loans and deposits through outreach and partnership with line-of-business teams.
