Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the planning team, including material and production planning.
  • •Manage master planning and production scheduling using rolling forecasts and customer orders; lead the monthly production plan based on demand and inventory/finance targets.
  • •Own DOH (inventory), OTD (promised ship date), OTTR (customer request date), and drive production lead-time improvements via production leveling and WIP reduction.
  • •Partner with procurement to assess subcontractors and ensure they meet quality and delivery expectations.
  • •Drive production planning excellence using VSM and MMA tools, participate in Global SIOP meetings, and execute other assignments from the Supply Chain Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Business.
  • •5+ years of experience in a manufacturing/plant environment.
  • •3+ years of management experience in manufacturing with scope exceeding 4–5 people.
  • •Master’s degree with an engineering background.
  • •More than 8 years of managerial experience in manufacturing with 2 layers of management scope exceeding 5–8 people above.
