Job Summary

Own a product vertical end to end for a Neobank Superapp in Southeast Asia, spanning strategy, outcomes, roadmap, and technical delivery. Partner with engineering to design systems behind money movement with correctness, security, latency, scalability, and recovery in mind. Lead regulated product constraints (licensing, CDD/KYC, sanctions/PEP, monitoring, data residency), apply AI responsibly with human-in-the-loop, and ship features through external partner and regulatory gates.

Key Responsibilities

•Own a product vertical end-to-end, including outcomes/metrics, prioritization by value/risk/dependency, and crisp acceptance criteria for delivery and testing.
•Shape technical design with engineering for money-movement correctness (idempotency, ledgering, reconciliation), third-party-rail behavior, failure/retry/refund paths, security, latency, scalability, and recovery.
•Make and defend hard trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX with engineering, compliance, or ops leads.
•Treat regulated constraints as first-class product inputs, covering licensing scope, CDD/KYC and limits, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, data residency, and privacy.
•Apply AI responsibly (define decision boundaries, human-in-the-loop, evaluation approach, and behavior when unsure) and ship against external partner and regulatory gates using feature flags.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience owning a complex technical product end-to-end with strong judgement under ambiguity and ability to balance ambition with technical, regulatory, and operational reality.
•Strong technical foundation in system design (boundaries, datastores, queues/workflows, APIs, failure modes, concurrency) and comfort reviewing/challenging design docs.
•Experience in a regulated, high-consequence domain (e.g., payments, banking, remittance, insurance) or demonstrated fast-ramp ability to manage correctness over convenience.
•Hands-on AI judgement for LLM-based products, including framing features as evaluable and understanding hallucination/drift/data gaps and when a model must not be in the loop.
•Nice to have: engineer or highly-technical PM background, zero-to-one, shipped AI-heavy consumer products, defined ML/LLM evaluation metrics, AI UX/failure-handling intuition, and SEA market experience.
