Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate repeated issue types and conduct root-cause analysis to address operational risk issues.
  • •Perform quality assurance on documentation and records for issues/OREs, including urgency, severity/impact, and remediation efficacy.
  • •Assist parts of the remediation process by tracking progress, validating resolution effectiveness, and communicating status updates to stakeholders.
  • •Identify trends in issues and events to detect potential systemic risks or control weaknesses within BU processes.
  • •Support review of end-to-end BU issue resolution components and perform sample testing and reporting inputs on issue status, trends, and outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of experience in operational risk management within Risk and/or Internal Audit.
  • •Understanding of the operational risk management lifecycle activities and critical governance processes aligned to policies and regulatory/operational standards.
  • •Analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios.
  • •Process management and communication skills to support operational issues, remediation, and stakeholder alignment.
