Deliver a customer-first experience as a Customer Specialist in Training by guiding customers through vehicle sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications. Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

•Guide customers through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
•Assess vehicle condition and document findings for appraisals, communicating with Buyers.
•Manage inventory processes including vehicle check-in, daily scanning, and reconciliation.
•Perform cosmetic inspections to ensure vehicles meet CarMax Quality Standards.
•Coordinate service appointments and review repair order invoices for accurate billing. Follow EH&S requirements and keep the work area clean.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14.6 - 21.9 hourly
