Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex, cross-functional enterprise technology programs involving ERP, SAP, CRM, and business-critical applications.
  • •Develop and execute integrated program plans managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.
  • •Oversee end-to-end delivery including integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and business readiness.
  • •Partner with solution architects, engineering managers, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
  • •Establish program governance, monitor portfolio health, and provide executive-level reporting and recommendations.
