Trainer (Red Dog, AK, US)

Develop, update, and deliver training programs for Red Dog Operations to ensure employees are trained for assigned tasks with a focus on health, safety, and competency. Prepare training materials, maintain reporting/paperwork, and provide safety training aligned with MSHA regulations. Organize regulatory compliance and supervisory/developmental courses, facilitate classroom instruction using training modules, and evaluate trainee performance while reporting progress to management.
