Key Responsibilities

•Apply sound engineering practices to scale, optimize, and improve molecular biology methods.
•Conduct experiments to identify, isolate, and confirm root causes of process errors in our high-throughput molecular biology lab.
•Develop methods to compile and analyze large amounts of process data to assess for process stability, trending, and areas for improvement.
•Develop and implement software tools to aid in efficient sample processing within the clinical laboratory.
•Develop, implement, and use software tools to quantitatively analyze process efficiency and sources of error, with moderate proficiency in R or Python.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,029 - 85,748 annually
