Key Responsibilities

•Releasing Orders to the Warehouse.
•Preparing shipping documentation such as pods, invoices, cco’s, etc.
•Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
•Collaborating with Customer Care and other departments to optimise logistics processes and provide KPI reports.
•Providing Warehouse administration support and preparing day-to-day operation reports.

Key Requirements

•Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Applications.
•Experience of working in a process-driven warehouse environment.
•Team player, self-motivated, proactive, and driven.
•Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels using a variety of methods/tools.
•Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
