Job Summary

Bridge complex software capabilities and business outcomes as the technical owner of the sales cycle for Zendesk's strategic opportunities in India. Lead technical engagements with Enterprise, Commercial and Mid-market customers, architect solutions with Sales/Marketing/Product, run PoCs, and evangelize AI, LLMs, and automated service environments while collaborating across teams to shape product direction.

Key Responsibilities

•Technical Lead: Take ownership of the prime technical relationship with prospects to drive satisfaction by managing and delivering technical information both onsite and virtually.
•Solution Architecting: Work in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, and Product Managers to act as the technical bridge between our team and prospects.
•Proof of Concept (PoC): Scope, manage, and execute customer pilots and high-impact technical demonstrations that map business requirements to technical solutions.
•AI Evangelism: Educate customers on the impact of AI technologies, such as LLMs and ChatGPT, on the modern customer service landscape.
•Cross functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to influence new product development based on solution scoping and field feedback.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of client facing Pre-sales experience.
•Strong proficiency in web/scripting technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON).
•Proven experience mapping RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions.
•Experience managing Customer Pilots and Proof of Concepts.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
