Job Summary

Lead enterprise-wide operational procurement across EGA plants, owning the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle for materials and services. Drive expediting, vendor onboarding, service confirmation, GRN/SES posting, invoice alignment, and financial closure while ensuring on-time delivery and operational continuity. Manage internal and outsourced teams in a high-volume environment, resolve senior escalations, oversee vendor performance via KPIs and dashboards, and apply SAP knowledge to improve workflows, automation, and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide enterprise-wide leadership across operational procurement, covering materials and services, expediting, vendor onboarding, material cataloguing, and outsourced support teams.
•Lead and manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, ensuring accurate RFQ creation, timely PO creation, supplier engagement, expediting, service confirmation, GRN/SES posting, invoice alignment, and financial closure.
•Ensure reliable, on-time delivery of materials and services to maintain production continuity and operational effectiveness across all plants.
•Oversee vendor onboarding and material master processes, ensuring supplier risks are assessed and that material data supports inventory planning, finance, and operational decision-making.
•Oversee reporting and compliance, including dashboards and analytics for executive decision-making, and compliance with internal controls, procurement policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Information Technology, or a related field with additional certifications in project management methodologies.
•15+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, with significant leadership responsibility in high-volume operational procurement and P2P environments.
•Proven experience managing multi-site operations, vendor onboarding, material cataloguing, expediting, and outsourced procurement teams.
•Deep understanding of end-to-end P2P cycles, operational procurement, and supplier performance management.
•Strong SAP MM skills and the ability to analyze operational data, manage KPIs, and improve process effectiveness.
