Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the point of contact for assigned employees, providing holistic case management services for leave of absence and disability life events.
  • •Review and validate documentation to adjudicate leaves in compliance with leave plans, federal/state laws, and client benefit requirements.
  • •Leverage duration guidelines and best-practice tools to oversee leave events, continuously assess and adjust the case plan to changing needs.
  • •Address sensitive situations and troubleshoot issues before, during, or after leave events, ensuring the right communication occurs and removing barriers.
  • •Maintain system records with accurate, timely documentation, and facilitate a smooth return to work and ramp-back plan.

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible availability across any day and assigned shift weekly, including weekends and public holidays.
  • •Have a minimum education of 3 subjects including English (CXC/CSEC, City & Guilds I–III, GCE A–B, SSC 4–5, JSCE Pass, NCTVET Level 1–3, CCSLC Competence & Mastery) or a U.S. high school diploma or GED.
  • •Pass English Language written assessments.
  • •Demonstrate high-level performance supporting a high volume of inbound calls, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • •Have strong written and verbal communication and the ability to multitask and use multiple applications/CRM tools; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required.
