Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze large-scale cancer and germline multi-omics datasets to extract actionable insights using AI-augmented bioinformatics methods.
  • •Extract, curate, and analyze RWD sources (EHR, claims data, patient registries) and design RWE studies to meet clinical, commercial, and regulatory objectives.
  • •Integrate multi-modal datasets (omics with clinical/demographic data), manage large datasets, and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • •Develop, train, and deploy AI/ML models to forecast trends and outcomes and support biomarker discovery; apply NLP/LLMs to unstructured clinical notes and reports.
  • •Oversee RWD and genomics projects end-to-end, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present results via reports, publications, and stakeholder updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genetics, or related field.
  • •At least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • •Expertise in bioinformatics/genomics analysis, including cancer genomics.
  • •Strong skills with bioinformatics tools and statistical methods (e.g., mapping, variant calling, CNV analysis).
