Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide postpartum doula support to insured families.
  • •Deliver exceptional postpartum care as part of Loula’s doula network.
  • •Use Loula’s matching and care navigator process to connect with clients (client referrals, not cold outreach).
  • •Work as an independent contractor within a non-exclusive network while keeping your own clients and practice.
  • •Coordinate with Loula’s team for insurance verification, billing, and payment administration.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a doula, with 3 letters of recommendation OR 16 hours of birth/full-spectrum doula training and attendance at 3 births as a doula
  • •Adult and infant CPR training
  • •HIPAA training
  • •Liability insurance
  • •Must be located in California (and meet minimum qualifications) to move forward with an introductory meeting
