Key Responsibilities

  • •Map, baseline, and digitize command workflows and Joint Staff standards, identifying bottlenecks and producing versioned workflow diagrams.
  • •Transition manual processes into automated or semi-automated digital workflows using Agile implementation practices.
  • •Design and maintain minimum viable ontologies using OWL/RDF/SKOS and ensure documentation and data products meet metadata standards for integration.
  • •Configure out-of-the-box Microsoft 365/DEOS capabilities to improve data accessibility, operational efficiency, and decision advantage.
  • •Train knowledge managers and functional users, and review agile work packages for governance adherence and MVP delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory) with no substitutions allowed.
  • •10+ years of experience in knowledge management, process engineering, or closely related fields.
  • •Hands-on Microsoft 365 configuration experience including SharePoint administration, Power Automate workflows, and Teams governance.
  • •Practical experience with ontologies, metadata standards, and workflow digitization.
  • •U.S. Citizenship; eligible for SOFA status and required country clearances (DOW Security Clearance: TS/SCI).
