Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute launch plans for new vehicle programs and major product changes, maintaining milestones and readiness criteria.
  • •Lead build event preparation and execution for prototype, pilot, validation, and production builds, coordinating schedules and needed resources.
  • •Collect, document, prioritize, and track launch issues; drive closure plans using structured problem-solving and escalate critical issues as needed.
  • •Assess manufacturing readiness against launch requirements, including validation of equipment, tooling, automation, software, and production systems.
  • •Support NPI and product/process validation builds, track launch quality metrics, and lead root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
