Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify customer needs and recommend and explain appropriate bank products and services using established guidelines, brand model, and service standards; make referrals to bank partners as needed.
  • •Assist customers with transactional needs, including answering basic and advanced inquiries about account balances, transaction history, service charges, and interest rates.
  • •Support Financial Center Manager operations performing Teller or Teller Manager and Financial Service Representative duties as needed.
  • •Build relationships with community businesses and consumer clients to achieve personal and branch targets for new accounts and teller operations.
  • •Model consistent, distinctive service and follow safe and sound banking procedures, including adherence to laws, internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and security protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or the equivalent required.
  • •Minimum of one year experience; specific bank experience preferred.
  • •Notary preferred.
  • •Practice safe and sound bank procedures, including adherence to laws, regulations, internal controls, and risk management policies.
  • •Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
