Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with ELT and leadership teams on org design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management before decisions are made.
  • •Lead and evolve the HRBP model and standards across org design, talent reviews, workforce planning, and COE collaboration.
  • •Shape and help land the people strategy for the company’s AI transformation, assessing AI fluency as a leadership capability and building it into talent reviews.
  • •Build multi-quarter workforce plans tied to business outcomes and close capability/AI fluency gaps using build/buy/borrow options.
  • •Lead HRBP team performance and development, and partner with Total Rewards and Talent on compensation and performance cycles.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years in HR, including at least 5 years as a senior HRBP or HR leader supporting ELT-level executives in a high-growth SaaS or tech company.
  • •Proven track record of org design and change management at the ELT-1 level with measurable business outcomes.
  • •Direct experience partnering on AI-driven org transformation, including workforce redesign, role evolution, and change management.
  • •Demonstrated ability to assess AI fluency as a leadership and team capability and incorporate it into talent reviews, succession planning, and development plans.
  • •Experience leading/developing HRBP teams, including performance development of HRBP talent.
