Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive gas quality risk assessment for supplier/ material engagement and support gas qualification activities for high-volume manufacturing.
  • •Lead technical risk assessment audits for new suppliers/materials to evaluate capability and readiness for HVM.
  • •Define gas global material specifications and align gas category quality strategy via quality roadmap and defense line programs.
  • •Manage supplier change management, resolve globally affected gas issues, and lead root-cause investigations with corrective and preventive actions to ensure no recurrence.
  • •Maintain supplier quality performance metrics against Micron SRS, provide timely feedback to suppliers, and deliver weekly cross-functional status updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent engineering/chemistry/chemical engineering background.
  • •5+ years experience in the semiconductor industry or in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • •Foundational understanding of semiconductor materials and their applications in wafer manufacturing processes.
  • •Knowledge of ISO9001 and IATF 16949 quality management system requirements.
  • •Hands-on analytical and problem-solving capability using MSA, SPC, and FMEA, plus quality management systems and cross-functional collaboration.
