Job Summary

Lead and grow a mobile engineering organization for iOS and Android, setting technical direction and delivering high-quality, AI-augmented features for millions of users. Guide cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and Backend teams, drive end-to-end delivery, and champion AI tooling to raise quality and delivery velocity in a fast-paced crypto/mobile product environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and develop a mobile engineering team, driving ownership and accountability across project milestones.
•Provide hands-on technical guidance on mobile development, architecture, and engineering best practices.
•Champion the adoption of AI tools and workflows across the team - from code generation and review to testing and incident analysis with a goal to raise the quality and velocity of delivery.
•Own end-to-end delivery of mobile features and initiatives, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with business objectives.
•Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and other stakeholders to align on goals and execute effectively.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of mobile engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a team lead or management role.
•Proven ability to lead and grow engineering teams, with strong judgment and a high level of drive.
•Solid technical expertise in iOS or Android development, with a good understanding of the broader mobile ecosystem.
•Actively uses AI tools in your engineering workflow — you’ve integrated them into how you and your team work.
•Strong communicator who can align cross-functional teams and work effectively across stakeholders at different levels.
