Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end operations for third-party conferences, owned experiences, field programs, executive engagements, and internal events.
  • •Create workback plans, run-of-show documents, staffing plans, production schedules, and contingency plans; lead on-site execution and issue resolution.
  • •Build and maintain event operations systems including intake, briefs, approval workflows, calendars, templates, checklists, and service standards.
  • •Own budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, accruals, reconciliations, and forecasting in partnership with Finance and program owners.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional planning and measurement by maintaining accurate attendee/engagement data and producing post-event recaps with learnings and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in event operations, experiential production, or event marketing in a fast-paced B2B environment.
  • •Proven end-to-end management of complex events, including executive programs, conferences, field events, and multi-vendor productions.
  • •Advanced project management skills across timelines, budgets, logistics, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
  • •Experience managing agencies and vendors, including scopes of work, contracts, production schedules, and invoices.
