Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and support enterprise physical security systems (access control, video management), ensuring continuous operation and alignment with Aon standards
  • •Assist in the execution of security systems projects, including vendor evaluation, proposal review, and development of system designs and technical specifications
  • •Manage, program, and upgrade security platforms, coordinating maintenance and repairs with internal teams and external vendors
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders, leadership, vendors, Real Estate, and IT teams to ensure effective delivery and alignment of security initiatives
  • •Support regional command centers and contribute to end-user training on security systems and processes
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or equivalent experience in security, IT, electrical/electronic engineering, computer science, systems engineering, or similar
  • •Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • •Technologically aware with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Basic knowledge of access control systems and CCTV/video management systems
  • •Basic knowledge of project management (planning tasks, timelines, documentation)
