Job Summary

Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment across the Tyson plant. Install and maintain hydraulic systems and industrial utility equipment such as pumps, motors, cylinders, boilers, compressors, HVAC systems, and cooling towers. Complete equipment change-outs and prefabrication tasks, run machine shop equipment, and manage CMMS/SAP paperwork. Follow safety and food safety requirements (GMP/SQF) while supporting all shift needs and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment throughout the plant.
•Install and maintain hydraulic equipment, pumps, motors, and cylinders.
•Install and maintain utility equipment including boilers, compressors, HVAC systems, and cooling towers.
•Troubleshoot and repair electrical or mechanical equipment and complete equipment change-outs and setups.
•Complete prefabrication tasks and run machine shop equipment while completing required paperwork in CMMS/SAP and keeping work areas clean.

•Ability to complete preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
•Ability to perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
•Ability to complete required paperwork using CMMS/SAP functions.
