Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical leadership and operational direction to the Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team, owning technical qualification and investment decisions for regional engagements.
•Drive end-to-end technical strategy for large-scale hybrid cloud AI deployments, defining architecture for continuous availability, performance, and rapid recovery.
•Design and lead complex integration layers, including identity access management, legacy data pipelines, and network isolation/air-gapped frameworks to reach production scale.
•Bridge global R&D hubs and coordinate distributed development to unblock regional AI product gaps while aligning on strategic partner blueprints and next-generation agentic frameworks.
•Establish software quality and SDLC practices for AI workloads, including testing/release rigor, modern SDLC evolution with CI/CD, mentoring senior staff, and developing local talent.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of senior technology or architectural leadership experience, including at least 5 years serving Financial Services, Government, or other highly regulated sectors.
•Strong Kubernetes-based hybrid cloud architecture experience across on-premises, public cloud, and edge environments.
•Deep expertise in system languages such as Go, C/C++, or Python, plus a track record as an active contributor or maintainer in key open-source communities.
•Expert knowledge of distributed inference, MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, model serving architectures, and LLM orchestrators (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
•Proven open-source governance experience, including 5+ years in foundations/workgroups and the ability to scale technical communities and meetups across APAC.
