Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, organize, and maintain ICAM PMO materials, artifacts, and program documentation (agendas, notes, action items, trackers, logs).
  • •Ensure consistent documentation standards and maintain program awareness of goals, timelines, and operational priorities.
  • •Coordinate meeting artifacts, track action items, and support development of briefing and planning materials.
  • •Review, finalize, and deliver Monthly Status Report and Quarterly Program Review inputs to the customer.
  • •Support tracking of CDRLs/contract deliverable artifacts and assist with onboarding/offboarding activities, plus compliance tracking for required government training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree).
  • •Minimum active Secret security clearance.
  • •2+ years in Enterprise IT, Project Management, or Program Analysis.
  • •Experience supporting programs in complex DoW or technical environments.
  • •Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with experience using SharePoint, Jira, or Microsoft Teams for tracking.
