Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary relationship advisor for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients, delivering Truist Wealth solutions through needs-based service.
  • •Meet revenue growth, profitability, and client retention goals by acquiring new clients and expanding services and products for existing clients.
  • •Self-acquire new business through active community involvement and well-connected external networks.
  • •Develop relationships with external referral sources and work with specialists and IRM partners (credit, mortgage, planning, investment, trust and fiduciary, insurance) to support client service and prospect referrals.
  • •Maintain legal, operating, and regulatory controls to manage risk and compliance, including staying current on economic and investment trends impacting affluent clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree required.
  • •Maintain required FINRA licenses, including Series 7 and Series 66, plus the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam as applicable, and appropriate continuing education.
  • •8+ years of sales and client management experience in wealth management, managing portfolios of high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients with complex credit and banking needs.
  • •Advanced credit knowledge with a proven track record working complex credit deals and/or alongside a senior credit advisor.
  • •Ability to be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration and applicable NMLS background check.
