Drive enterprise renewal strategy and execution to protect and grow annual recurring revenue (ARR). Partner with strategic and enterprise field sales to secure renewals before expiration, align renewal and Flex motions, and support expansion through Flex/Reflex/Upsell. Prepare renewal offers 90–120 days in advance, manage contract and Flex activations, mitigate renewal risks, and forecast accurately using tools like Excel and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

•Protect and grow ARR by supporting renewal contracting ahead of expiration with enterprise field sales.
•Collaborate on renewal strategy and drive commercial Renewal/Flex alignment.
•Support expansion strategy around the renewal (Flex, Reflex, Upsell) and close smooth renewal execution by negotiating commercial terms and capturing price uplift.
•Prepare and present renewal sales offers 90–120 days in advance, including research on license purchase/utilization and renewal proposal recommendations.
•Manage contract processes and Flex activations, flag renewal risks early, and collaborate on risk mitigation while driving accurate renewals forecasting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 135,000 annually
