Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in psychology or a people-based subject, with an exceptional academic track record from high school and university.
  • •Some relevant experience in talent selection via coursework, an internship, or a first job in a talent team.
  • •Advanced analytical ability to dissect and analyse data using SQL; Python and/or advanced statistical analysis is advantageous.
  • •A passion for technology and evidence for why you want to work in the technology space.
  • •Professional written and spoken English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
