Job Summary

Serve as a regional Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) expert and liaison between the bank and local communities. Lead market CRA strategy, analyze performance metrics, and coordinate outreach with nonprofits and community partners. Drive financial empowerment initiatives (e.g., VITA and first-time homebuyer counseling), manage volunteer efforts, ensure CRA activities are accurately logged in Kadince, and prepare examination-ready self-assessments in coordination with the CRA Exam Manager.

•Serve as local subject matter expert for all market CRA activity.
•Collaborate with market leadership and business unit management to drive CRA performance across lending, investment, service, and referrals.
•Establish and communicate market CRA strategy, leading annual strategic planning sessions using data analysis and performance metrics.
•Analyze market CRA performance to develop strategic initiatives and identify gaps to goals.
•Ensure CRA qualifying activities are properly logged in Kadince and prepare examination-ready self-assessments in coordination with the CRA Exam Manager.
