Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventative maintenance and day-to-day maintenance and repair to cages and other equipment.
  • •Carry out PM checks/verifications and troubleshoot and repair equipment.
  • •Adjust or replace worn or defective mechanisms and parts and reassemble repaired systems.
  • •Estimate, order, pick up, deliver, and install materials and supplies needed to maintain equipment.
  • •Operate a forklift to move cages when necessary and conduct routine tests/inspections to evaluate quality or performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience or ability to perform day-to-day maintenance and repair work on cages and equipment.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment, including observing and testing system operation with gauges and instruments.
  • •Work safely in extreme heat/cold and meet physical demands including standing most of the time and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • •Ability to learn quickly, make good decisions, and work in a team environment performing a variety of duties.
  • •Welding and cutting experience required; HS diploma or GED preferred.
